Where is my order?
All orders have a typical processing time of about 3-5 business days. For custom or engraved items, orders can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders $70+! No items are excluded. All other shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
How do I care for my jewelry?
All products are gold-filled, real gems, or pearls. We highly recommend that all products be cleaned with a microfiber cloth or cleaning solution that is made for sensitive skin. This will increase the longevity of the jewelry.
