As we are a small business, we currently do not offer returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding and supporting our growing business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
At this time, we do not accept items unless they are damaged or incorrect. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. To file a claim for a damaged or defective item, please email images to labelleboutiqueandco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to return your item. Any item that is returned without claim approval or not received within 30 days is not eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for shipping and packaging fees when returning the product. Sale items and earrings are final sale.
Please Note: We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds
